We also carry out manual chemical dosing and automatic testing to ensure our processes remain within the agreed control limits as specified by our coating material and chemical suppliers. This guarantees that our services including e-coating, shot blasting and powder coating are all delivered at the highest standard possible.
Furthermore, in-house testing for coating thickness, gloss levels, adhesion, corrosion resistance, and hardness provides FP Advanced Coatings Limited with the feedback and evidence to demonstrate that our processes are in control.
